Rhht-700 series plate splitting machine features:
1. Using a unique cutting method, the circuit board cutting is completed by six blades, and the upper and lower two pieces are a group, forming a cutting unit. Group A, B, C and C respectively. The whole cutting process is divided into three stages. The group a blade cuts the circuit board by 40%, then the group B blade rolls over the groove cut by the blade a again to complete 40% of the cutting amount, and finally the group C blade cuts the last 20% and smoothes it. Since the cutting amount is small each time, the stress generated in the cutting process is reduced by more than 80% compared with the traditional one-time cutting method. The edge of the divided circuit board is flat and smooth, and the board surface is very flat, without twisting or warping. It is the only machine on the market that can ensure that the aluminum substrate is not deformed after cutting.
2. Due to multiple cutting, the cutting process is very stable, which greatly improves the positioning ability of the V-CUT slot. Even if the V-CUT slot is very shallow, the V-CUT slot will not jump out of the guide knife, so as to avoid defective products.
3. Because the cutting force of the blade is small and the high-speed steel material imported from Germany is adopted, the durability of the blade is greatly improved, and the service life of the blade can reach more than one year when the aluminum substrate is divided.
4. All cutting blades shall be calibrated by exciting dual frequency laser interferometer to ensure that the rear blade can continue cutting accurately in the groove cut by the front blade. The tool tip runout is not more than 0.02mm to ensure perfect cutting quality.

6. Stainless steel platform with laser scale positioning function (1.2m or 2.4m can be selected).
7. The upper and lower round knives can be precisely adjusted.

9. The baffle can be customized to facilitate the cutting of plate edges with different widths.
